Corporate cycling tours are a great way to energise your teams, reward your staff and help build a stronger team ethic. They provide networking and client entertaining opportunities, whilst importantly, helping those who want to improve their riding and fitness. They can also be easily integrated into the preparation process for a major fundraising challenge.

We are specialists in Sport and Exercise Medicine and offer cycling camps with professional elite level medical and coaching support for all levels of cyclists.

Our corporate camps are held in a stunning location and utilise relaxing exclusive accommodation in the world renowned cycling destinations of the Tuscan Hills, Italy. 
Simply put they contain the key ingredients of the perfect corporate event or team building exercise.

TriFit Cork

TriFit Cork is both a novel and holistic 6 week training program for the endurance athlete, and in particular, the triathlete.

Our three guiding principles are:

1) Human First, Athlete Second

2) Enjoy the Process

3) Training Smart rather than Hard

TriFit Cork is unique in that it will be led by three experienced therapists with a wide skill set spanning across Pain Science, Stress Management, Breathwork, Bike Fit, Running Gait Analysis, Exercise Physiology, Comprehensive and Insightful Movement Classes with triathlon in mind, Psychological Reframing (making training fun and incredible again!), Race Nutrition, Injury Prehab, Recovery and more!

The Life Fit Studio in Upper Ballygarvan is the venue for the in-house session each week and there will also be one online session per week.

Proposed start date is the 6th of February 2024.

Schedule:

First in-house session will be on the Tuesday 6th of Feb at 18:30

First online session will be the Wednesday 7th at 13:00 (This will be recorded)

There will be a Q&A online session every Friday at 1pm also.

These days and times will be consistent across the 6 week course.
