Full Service List
Browse through the list of our services to find out what we can do for you at our facility in Cork or during an online meeting. No matter if you are an advanced cyclist, or a beginner runner, there is a service suited to your level of advancement. They are divided into three categories: Cardio Metabolic, Bike Fitting, and Physio & Running. By clicking on a specific service assigned to one of the categories, you are able to read its detailed description and decide whether it is right for you. Among them you will find, for example, nutritional consultations - if you wish to lose weight, or a physio rehab - if you suffer from an injury.
Cardio MetabolicThose are the services we provide not only for advanced sports men and women, who aim to boost their performance, but also for beginners in cycling and running who need to set their goals, as well as for those who would like to simply lose weight. Nutritional consultations include analysing your diet, advising what needs to be improved and how, as well as explaining poor food choices. You can combine them with a resting metabolic rate test, determining your suitable daily calorie intake or a VO2Max test, determining when you burn fats, and when carbs during your training.

Bike FittingIf you spend much of your free time cycling, you should think about your position. It should be ergonomic to avoid possible injuries – we can help you to set up the optimal way of sitting. See the list of our bike fitting services and choose what suits your needs best; whether you are just a leisure cyclist, or a competitive cyclist who’s been injured before, we have something in our offer for you.

Physio & RunningOur aim is to help not only cyclists, but also runners in Cork. The most basic service is a physio assessment, focused for example on a tendinopathy rehab. We also do a musculoskeletal screening, where our concern will be to prevent the injury reoccurrences. There are also more specific services, such as gait analysis, which includes movement analysis on a treadmill, and lower limbs biomechanics assessment. We provide advice on how to prevent injuries, reduce possible pain, and improve your form and technique.
