One Day Bike Tour with an Effervescent Difference

This tour will hit the spot so. 

I want to gather like-minded people for a group ride to Kinsale and back again. The tasty thing that separates this tour from any other is the home brew prizes that are up for grabs! 

This Cork based bicycle tour will be ideal for newcomers to cycling who want to learn how to get the basics right in terms of pedal technique, bike handling, cornering technique and gearing/cadence. I will be keeping the group to a maximum of four to ensure a high level of one to one feedback.  We will also check each bike before hitting the road to make sure the set-up is reasonably correct for the individual, without going into a huge amount of detail. 

The next bike and beers tour will be the Friday 9th of October.  The cost is 70Euro per person.
Here is the day's agenda below:

• We start the day at 8:30am with a coffee and croissant at the Life Fit Studio in Upper Ballygarvan.
• Opportunity here to introduce one another and chat over any bike and beer related topics that come up in conversation.
• Before setting off on the cycle, we will look at everyone on their bike and make any obvious changes that would lead to better comfort and performance.
• The cycle itself is a very scenic route to Kinsale via Carrigaline and Belgooly.
• There will be plenty of tips shared on route around pedal technique, posture, cornering and general bike handling.
• Stop for coffee and sandwich in Kinsale and then make our way back to the clinic.
• On the way back there will be three challenges to determine the three winners of the home brew bottles! 1)Sprint to the sign  2) King/Queen of the hill  3) Super slow bike race winner
• Q and A session back at the clinic to round up the day's activities.
