Cost: 280EUR (150mins)
Fully comprehensive bike fit : This is our advanced level bike fit. It is the physio bike fit and then some.
Fully comprehensive bike fit includes:
This comprehensive bike fit includes the use of Leomo motion sensor technology. Sensors are placed on the rider during the bike fit to give feedback on the position and pedaling quality. The sensor placed on the sacrum will give live feedback on the degree of pelvic rock, pelvic rotation and pelvic angle. The sensors on the shoes will feedback on the foot angular range (an important measurement when looking at pedal technique and how much your ankle moves when pedaling) and also the dead spot score. The dead spot score is a clever measurement on how smooth you are pedaling, another indicator of good pedal form. |
With regards to a TT bike position, the torso motion sensor is an important measurement picking up the torso angle (how low you can effectively get).
The Leomo measurements are assessed again after changes to the bike are made. This bike fit option includes a skinfold measurement and subsequent body fat percentage, and also any questions you may have around cycling specific nutrition and training structure are answered. As part of the fully comprehensive bike fit, you will be invited to join up and coming live webinar discussions and the following recorded presentations are made available to download:
