This bike fit option is for the increasing number of people who enjoy cycling for leisure and/or commute to work on an normal or E-Bike.
We correctly set you up on your bike so that you can cycle both comfortably and efficiently while reducing the risk ofinjury due to poor bike-related posture and style of cycling.
In this 60mins+ session, your bike will be placed on an indoor trainer allowing you to cycle under supervision. We will use whatever technology that is required in order to assess the reasons for whatever cycling-related symptoms you are presenting with. This includes 2D motion capture analysis and saddle pressure mapping technology.
You will learn the basics when it comes to cycling, such as:

- General posture on the bike
- Where to place your feet on the pedals
- How to handle the bike safely
- Your bike will be adjusted to make it more suitable for you based on your movement ability and desired outcome for the bike (your style and type of cycling)
- New components may be added if required or suggestions for the correct components to purchase will be given in order to allow the best bike set up for you and resolve the cycling-related symptoms.
- If you are an E-bike user, we will always take into account what level of electric assist you typically use as this will impact on the level of pressure exerted on the saddle and is therefore part of the puzzle when working on saddle comfort.
